Welcome to h’alt®. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the h’alt® bot and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by ARMSA Academy (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using h’alt®, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. About h’alt®
h’alt® is a platform focused on improving the success rate of renewable energy projects and assets. It helps users make informed decisions through behaviour-based nudges, real-time coaching, and scenario-driven learning, while providing organisations with insights into user engagement and risk behaviour.
h’alt® is hosted on MobileCoach infrastructure but governed independently by h’alt®’s Terms and Privacy Policy.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using h’alt®, you accept and agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies or agreements. If you do not agree with any part, you must not use the Service.
3. Eligibility
To use h’alt®, you must be an employee of your organisation and be at least 16 years old or the minimum age of digital consent in your country. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Service Description
h’alt® provides:
- Context-aware behavioural prompts
- Structured interactions and scenario-based learning
- Behaviour data tracking (anonymous or pseudonymized)
- Professional decision support tools aligned with project risk management
h’alt® is not a general-purpose chatbot and must not be used for entertainment, emergencies, medical, legal, or personal advice.
5. Accounts and Access
h’alt® may be accessed:
- Through the access code or login issued by an organisation
- Via platforms integrated with h’alt®
You are responsible for all activities under your session or login credentials, if applicable.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Use h’alt® only for lawful, ethical, and appropriate purposes
- Avoid disrupting or interfering with the system
- Not input offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful content
- Not reverse-engineer, exploit, or replicate the chatbot platform or responses
7. Feedback and User Content
If you provide suggestions, feedback, or submit any content, you grant h’alt® a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, modify, and share it without further permission or compensation.
8. Intellectual Property
All h’alt®-related content, branding, prompts, source code, and logic flows are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or derive from the h’alt® platform without prior written consent.
9. Platform Availability
h’alt® is offered “as-is” and “as available.” We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
10. Disclaimers
- h’alt® does not guarantee outcomes or performance.
- The chatbot is not a substitute for professional advice or compliance obligations.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, h’alt® and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damage
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Errors or omissions in chatbot responses
- Any reliance placed on h’alt® content.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless h’alt®, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from:
- Your misuse of the Service
- Breach of these Terms
- Violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
13. Third-Party Services
h’alt® uses trusted third-party providers, including MobileCoach, to host and deliver the Service. These providers act as our data processors and process data only on our instructions and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. While we remain responsible for ensuring such providers meet our privacy and security standards, the Service may also contain links to external websites or resources that we do not operate, and we are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to h’alt®:
- If you breach these Terms
- If your organisation discontinues its agreement with h’alt®
Upon termination, all rights granted to you will immediately cease.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom for the resolution of any dispute.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update or revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted within the chatbot or on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
17. Privacy
Your use of h’alt® is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your data is collected, stored, and used. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the Privacy Policy.
